J. Cole dropped the official video to one of our favorite songs off of “2014 Forest Hills Drive,” today. “Wet Dreamz” tells the story of a young J. Cole as he experiences losing his virginity for the first time. Throughout the song J. Cole shares with us the nervousness he felt, in full transparency – as he tried to play it cool with a young love.
The video…….takes a more humorous approach. Sorry ladies, but apparently, there won’t be any love scenes with J. Cole anytime soon. If anything, “Wet Dreamz” was the perfect opportunity, so we probably shouldn’t get our hopes up.

Janelle Monae is back from a slight hiatus, with a dance record that could possibly, become a ladies summer anthem. The video for the song, titled “Yoga,” features Monae as a class instructor. Far from your traditional Yoga teacher, she hits a few dances move – encouraging the women in her class to work it.
The song itself, features a verse from her new artist, rapper Jidenna – who also makes an appearance for the video. I have to admit, Jidenna might become one of my favorites. He has a unique aura, and lyrical flow that will likely capture your attention. Definitely, looking forward to hearing some more of his music.

It’s been a long time coming, since the early days in Beyonce and Jay’s relationship – when they would barely sit close to one another – let alone hold hands, and share intimate home videos.
Now, seven years into their marriage, the couple has appeared to become more open with the public and their fans about their relationship and family.
In celebration of their seventh wedding anniversary today, the couple released a video to accompany Beyonce’s new song, “Die With You.” The song was released via Tidal – their latest business venture.
The video features Beyonce singing the ballad, while playing the piano, in what appears to be the comfort of their home. The lyrics reveal the song is a dedication to her husband, who also serves as the cameraman for the short visual.

Known for his collaborations with ILOVEMAKKONEN, including their hot track “Look at Wrist,” Father is our latest rapper on the rise. The Atlanta-bred artist recently released his debut album “Who’s Gonna Get F**** First?” and the album is pure FIRE.
With a sound that blends well with that of ILOVEMAKKONEN, Father adds a little trap, and an “I get b!tches” mentality, making for the perfect futuristic-trap sound. Not to mention the fact that he samples classic lines from “Friday,” and has some dope ass chick, spitting a catchy verse on “Gurl.”
Father’s “Slow Dance” interlude, reminds me of Tyler the Creator’s “She,” and has a melody that is perfect for his female fans. In addition to the perfect melodies and beats, Father hits us with a lot of nostalgia, paying homage to Big Pun with “Morena,” and reminding us of those late nights – with “BET Uncut.”
It’s no denying that this debut, is an impressive body of work, one that sets high expectations for what’s to come from the Atlanta rapper on the rise.
Listen to the album onspotify. Remember who put you on.
